Barcelona in line to bid for Pogba despite still serving ban

Barcelona in line to bid for Pogba despite still serving ban

FC Barcelona are preparing to bid for Juventus superstar Paul Pogba in the next transfer window, and should the bid be successful, the Spanish side will loan the French international back to the Serie A giants for the next six months.
The Spanish giants will only be able to sign players in January 2016 following a 1-year transfer ban by FIFA after they were found guilty of repeatedly breaching transfer regulations.
Midfield maestro Xavi is set to leave FC Barcelona this year for Qatari club, while Andres Iniesta’s days at Camp Nou are numbered after he failed to score or assists a goal in over a year now.
Should the duo leave FC Barcelona in the near future, Paul Pogba will be a perfect replacement as the French star is making the headlines with his glowing performances at Serie A leaders Juventus and he has attracted interested from big name clubs across Europe.
The 22-year old is likely to win the Italian league title for the 3rd year running since his arrival from Manchester United in 2012. At Juventus, he plays alongside Chile international Arturo Vidal, and should he arrive at FC Barcelona he will likely line-up with Ivan Rakitic and Javier Mascherano in the three-man midfield.
Paul Pogba’s agent has told media that FC Barcelona are willing to table a hard-to-turn-down offer to Juventus as they try all their best to beat Real Madrid, Chelsea, Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Arsenal, and other European teams to the creative midfielder's signature.
English Premier League side Chelsea, tabled £65 000 000 to Juventus but their bid was slapped by the Italian club, with the belief that their man is worth around £100 000 000.
